Our Interview Process

Candidate/s agree to provide certified copies of their passport and applicable working permits to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the country(ies) in which they have applied.

AR consultant will review applications and make initial contact with candidate/s that meet the criteria defined in the job advertisement.

An initial screening interview will be arranged when mutually suitable either face to face where possible, skype or telephone.

AR consultant will compile a shortlist of suitable candidates for the client and prepare individual applications with an overview / summary of candidates suitability to the position.

Clients will review shortlisted candidate applications and advise AR consultant if they wish to interview any candidates.

AR consultant will arrange interviews for selected candidates with clients as required.

AR consultant co-ordinate psychometric testing for candidate/s as required.

AR consultant will seek permission from selected candidate/s to conduct reference checks, police checks & medical checks as required by law/client.

AR consultant to coordinate, negotiate package and make offer to candidate on behalf of the client.

AR consultant to confirm candidate acceptance & start date with client.

AR consultant to liaise with client and successful candidate regularly up until start date.

AR consultant to follow up process with client & candidate at regular intervals – 1, 2, 3 & 6 months.
