We are currently representing our client, a global name in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to business needs, Our client is hiring a Commercial Excellence Lead, based in Thailand.  This is a single supporting role, however, you will be working closely with Business Unit Directors, Sales Managers, Field force, learning and development manager, and Digital and IT Managers located in Thailand and abroad.

This role is prominent in driving the organization’s field force performance through developing and executing field force effective strategies using multiple tools such as SalesForce, Power BI, and AI-based tools and ensuring they are understood and fully implemented in the filled by the field force. This requires a person with sales experience, excellent data analytical skills,  communication skills, and persuasion to ensure company goals, from the field force effectiveness standpoint, are met. 

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Develop a successful field force effectiveness strategy, working closely with Business Unit Directors and Sales Managers

  • Analyze multiple data generated from various tools and developed a field force effectiveness strategy and ensure it is successfully executed at the field force level. 

  • Working closely with the Learning and Development Team in continuously developing and improving our client's sales methodology and tools to ensure success at the entire stage of the selling process. 

  • Working closely with the IT and Digital Manager to develop CRM or systems and ensure its implementation in driving our client’s success in business

  • Working closely with the Leadership and development team to ensure all the new KPIs or skills are applied clearly to enable tracking results

You need to be:

  • A bachelor's Degree in marketing or Business/ A MBA would be an advantage

  • A successful track record in sales and development of sales organization in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry

  • Great leadership skills to be able to communicate,  influence, inspire and identify new potential without being authoritative. 

  • Strong analytical  and strategic skill

  • Experienced in using Salesforce.com

  • Thailand nationality and fluent in English
