A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for several Head Veterinary Nurses to embark on the journey of your career. Our client is an emerging Veterinary Group dedicated to the highest level of patient care, transparent client communications and state of the art clinic facilities to make the magic happen. Oh and you are an amazing vet nurse in your own right, the one that the Vets rely on and you make them look good!

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the nursing function in-practice

  • Inspire, mentor and lead a dedicated group of nurses including training, development and continuing education

  • Assist in building a strong brand, a welcoming and positive experience to the client base 

  • Stive for maximising overall clinical efficiency and profitability by working collaboratively with the Veterinarians

We need you to have the following:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Veterinary Nursing

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a lead / senior Vet Nurse in a small animal or mixed practice

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team management, leadership and coaching abilities

  • Desire to relocate to Hong Kong

A very competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with skills and experience.

As part of the package housing and relocation assistance will be provided.
