About the Role:

As our client’s Marketing Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and leading a team to achieve sales and revenue goals. 

For the first few months, you’ll also dive deep into product management, gaining invaluable insights into a huge, globally successful product portfolio. This immersive experience will empower you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, shape marketing initiatives effectively, and ultimately drive product success on a larger scale. 


  • Ultimately lead and inspire a team of marketers to be the best they can be – product managers, digital marketers, and channel marketers, and of course deliver on objectives

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue goals for the biggest revenue-driving portfolio in this global pharmaceutical company. 

  • Craft pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market.

  • Foster strong relationships with various Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Create compelling marketing materials, from digital content to advertising campaigns.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.

  • Successfully manage the marketing budget and associated financials.

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Thai business, taking ownership of some of the biggest brands in the industry. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Prior marketing team management experience, preferably 3+ years

  • Proven experience developing, executing marketing target in the consumer health segment, with a track record of driving sales growth across multiple channels

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and SEM.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
