An urgent role for our client who is a feed manufacturer that has been operating more than 35 years in Indonesia. This exciting opportunity for Aquaculture professionals will provide you a full responsibility to lead all sales team to develop our client's Aquaculture product in Indonesia.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage all sales team to achieve company's target regarding sales value, customer's payment control and business development in Indonesia
- Ensure the development of new company's product brands and maintain the existing product brands to all Aquaculture stakeholders.
- Build good relationship with the association, government and other stakeholders to the development of products.
We are looking for candidates possessing the following qualifications:
- We need the person to hold formal Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture or Fisheries
- Having 6+ years of experience in the sales or business development Aquaculture industry, priority focus on shrimp feed.
- Good in managing reports, presentations, and business correspondences.
- Having a strong leadership and good communication skill with all levels in the Indonesia Aquaculture organisation
- Having a strong understanding and network in the Indonesia Aquaculture industry
- Good tracking record in this industry
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
