Are you an experienced professional in the poultry industry looking for a dynamic leadership role? Our client is excited to invite applications for the position of National Sales Manager for Poultry Carcass Products.
As the National Sales Manager, this role will play a vital position in driving the sales and marketing efforts within the poultry meat business. You will oversee a dedicated team, including a Carcass Manager, Assistant Managers, Sales Representatives, and Administrative staff. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and will collaborate with various departments and lead the team to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans encompassing sales, revenue targets, and expense control.
  • Craft and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize unit and gross profits.
  • Analyze industry trends and business results to refine strategies and optimize poultry meat sales.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Champion the organization and its products to the market, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our ideal customers and their needs to tailor product offerings effectively.

You need to be :

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years of qualified work experience in the same industry.
  • Demonstrated integrity, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience leading and managing a sales team effectively.
