Key Responsibilities:
- Quality & CI Leadership: Drive a culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Continuous Improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventative Action (CAPA) to elevate processes.
- Audit Mastery: Manage internal and external Quality ISO audits to ensure operational compliance and certifications.
- Global Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our client's business, making an impact on a global scale.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, develop plans, and lead execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead a lean team and build trusted relationships while setting operational priorities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing and auditing Quality management systems, preferably in Manufacturing (in food & beverage, automotive sector, consumer goods, medical device, agriculture sector for example)
- Global Perspective: Proven ability to implement Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement Processes with a global impact.
- Lean Expertise: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and systems.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for building and maintaining trusted relationships.
- Analytical Prowess: Outstanding analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to improvement.
- Continuous Improvement Champion: Experience in implementing a Continuous Improvement mindset and culture.
- Coaching Skills: Ability to mentor others in the principles of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
