RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – VIETNAM

The Aicila Group has been in the recruitment industry for 10+ years, catering specifically livestock industry. Headquartered in Australia, our teams are spread across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, enabling us to serve our clients globally. 

Our group has a solid presence and network across Asia, including Vietnam. Due to demand and our aim to strengthen our business in this region, we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Vietnam. You will be our Group’s representative in maintaining and developing our recruitment business in Vietnam. We are looking for a person motivated to provide a fully professional recruitment service to our clients, candidates, and companies, as per Aicila Group values. You will enjoy plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in the recruitment industry, and independency in navigating your responsibilities while enjoying full support from our multicultural team.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain our recruitment business in Vietnam

• Maintain and expand our network, companies, or candidate, in Vietnam livestock or other related industries. 

• Provide expertise to our company clients to add value to their talent search and the entire recruitment process: from talent sourcing to placement.

• Provide expertise to talents in the Vietnamese livestock industry to help talents to proceed with their carrier: salary, job market trends, interview process, etc. 

• Provide the Aicila Group with insight into Vietnamese livestock job market trends 

We required candidates with:

• A bachelor’s degree in any related science, a degree in Veterinary or Animal Science would be a plus

• 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably having experience in working with recruitment in the livestock industry

• Understands recruitment cycle from start, placement and post-placement

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Able to work in a highly independent environment, with limited supervision

• Speak English and Vietnamese fluently

• Vietnamese nationality
