As the new in house Ruminant Nutrition Specialist your remit is to support customers through their on farm nutrition challenges, provide world leading training and development to the company sales team and push innovation forward within our clients global business units. This role can be located anywhere in Germany.

As the Ruminant Technical Specialist, do you love supporting key customers to solve their production animal nutrition challenges? Do you love being part of upskilling, educating and coaching your team by imparting your wealth of knowledge? Are you keen to bring your career to the global stage? 

What will be your responsibilities:?

  • Support the commercial team with technical nutrition information to build crucial customer relationships

  • Solve nutritional challenges for your key customers

  • Train internal and external staff on Ruminant Nutrition and on the Company’s products

  • Participate in innovation projects across the European region

  • Bring customer feedback to steer the innovation pipeline of the Company

We need you to have:

  • Masters degree in Animal Nutrition or equivalent experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in the field in Ruminant Nutrition across Europe

  • Ability to translate science into practical recommendations to a wide range of audiences

  • Team player in interaction with sales team and confidence in working with senior leadership teams

  • Fluent in German and high working knowledge of English
