Sales Manager – Fertilizer 

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality livestock, aquaculture, and agriculture needs that promote sustainable farming practices. They are committed to innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility in everything they do. Our client is currently seeking a skilled and driven Sales Manager to lead the efforts in expanding our fertilizer products derived from derivatives.  This role requires a deep understanding of the fertilizer industry, market trends, and customer needs, as well as the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include

 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share for fertilizer products derived from derivatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in agricultural businesses.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the fertilizer market.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
We are looking for candidates possessing the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the fertilizer or agricultural products industry.
  • Proven track record in selling derivative-based or chemical-based fertilizers.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural supply chain and the fertilizer market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in Bahasa & English.
  • Willingness to be based in East Java.
