Responsibilities:

  • Delivering top-tier technical support to veterinarians, veterinary clinic staff, pet store teams, and consumers.
  • Effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating closely with the technical services team to align strategies with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Providing technical advice on company products and services to address customer queries.
  • Assisting in diagnosing and resolving medical issues with patients.
  • Participating in product quality testing procedures.
  • Executing technical services strategies and action plans for business success.
  • Ensuring compliance of product literature, packaging, and labeling with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Working with field representatives to communicate adverse event issues.
  • Conducting on-the-job technical training for customer service teams.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Veterinary Degree and Registration with the NSW board.
  • Previous experience in clinical companion animal veterinary practice.
  • Profound knowledge of companion animal medicine and surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on compliance.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and numerical analysis.
