Veterinary Technologist – 100% Small Animal

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for several Veterinary Technologists or Veterinary Assistants to embark on the journey of your career. Our client is an emerging Veterinary Group dedicated to the highest level of patient care, transparent client communications and state of the art clinic facilities to make the magic happen. We need you to be self motivated, outgoing and compassionate. Leadership and communication are your strength areas. Oh and you are an amazing vet tech in your own right, the one that the Veterinarians rely on and you make them look good!
Your responsibilities will be to:
Deliver on all aspects of patient care including; anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology, sample collection and performance of routine lab tests, dentistry scale and polish, triage
Work collaboratively with the Veterinarians to deliver gold class medical and surgical outcomes
Provide general nursing care and functional tasks on a day to day basis
Craft and deliver meaningful client education, product sales and service advice
Assist in building a strong brand, a welcoming and positive experience to the client base
Stive for maximising overall clinical efficiency and profitability by working collaboratively with the Veterinarians
We need you to have the following:
Formal tertiary qualifications – CVMA or OAVT with exams completed
A minimum of 2 years experience in a small animal or mixed practice
Exceptional interpersonal skills, team management, leadership and coaching abilities
Ability to relocate to Hong Kong for a minimum commitment of 2 years
A very competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with skills and experience.
As part of the package housing and relocation assistance will be provided.
