Role Overview
Reporting to a senior executive within a high-growth division, you will:
- Develop and manage tailored engagement plans for diverse veterinary provider segments.
- Lead the rollout of commercial initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (data, sales, marketing, product, and operations).
- Translate insights into strategic messaging and impactful communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor program effectiveness, deliver insightful reporting, and support business reviews and strategic updates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to inform ongoing strategy and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate provider engagement strategies.
- Enable and deliver commercial programs aligned with business goals.
- Create supporting materials (presentations, reports, agreements).
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, product, and digital health teams to enhance provider value.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making and report on performance.
- Maintain a strong awareness of global trends in veterinary services and pet insurance.
About You
You are a proactive, commercially astute professional with a passion for improving outcomes in the animal health sector. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management in B2B or service-based settings.
- Deep knowledge of stakeholder dynamics in the veterinary sector (corporate, general practice, specialty, academic).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing reports and presentations.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and build alignment across teams.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Highly Regarded
- Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or insurance industries.
- Familiarity with provider engagement models and CRM/practice management platforms
