Type: Full Time
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Supply Chain & Logistics Leader to spearhead end-to-end supply chain operations across APAC. This is a senior leadership position with a critical mandate: to shape and drive regional supply chain strategy, lead cross-border execution, and unlock innovation for seamless, efficient, and agile business operations.

As the key strategic partner to Commercial teams, you will own the Market S&OP process, delivering solid consensus forecasts and ensuring full alignment with global supply chain objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance, optimizing processes, and accelerating supply chain excellence across the region.

In addition, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing regional team of Demand Planners and Logistics Coordinators, building capabilities, nurturing future leaders, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in regional supply chain management, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving transformation and growth. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make a lasting impact—this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

Your responsibilities will include:

Demand Planning:

  • Partner closely with Global Demand Management to apply advanced planning tools and build a reliable statistical baseline to drive the demand planning process.
  • Lead market-level demand reviews and ensure high-quality inputs are prepared for the global S&OP cycle, supporting alignment across regions.
  • Integrate key commercial insights, including marketing campaigns and promotions, into the demand planning cycle, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity within APO DP, maintaining high standards for decision-making inputs and planning performance.

Logistic management:

  • Lead the execution of the regional logistics strategy, covering key areas such as transportation, warehousing, import operations, information flow, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategically plan inventory deployment across hub and satellite warehouses to ensure availability aligns with demand across the cluster.
  • Monitor the performance of third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and identifying areas for synergy and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to define product, channel, and customer priorities—striking the right balance between service excellence, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Business communications and indicators:

  • Strengthen demand planning capabilities across the region by driving process enhancements and tracking performance against key planning KPIs. Focus on improving forecast accuracy while balancing customer service excellence with cost efficiency, including optimal safety stock, freight, and capacity usage.
  • Collaborate with local markets to review and align on annual performance targets, ensuring proactive action plans are in place to meet commitments.
  • Foster trust and credibility for the demand planning function within local markets through consistent delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, intercompany supply, internal operations, and logistics service providers to drive improvements across demand and logistics operations, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning roles, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • A strong track record of leading end-to-end supply chain operations, with hands-on expertise in:
  • Demand forecasting and S&OP leadership
  • Inventory strategy and safety stock optimization
  • Cold chain logistics and GDP compliance
  • Third-party logistics and transport contract management
  • Resolving supply-demand imbalances through proactive issue management

Technical Expertise

  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Deep proficiency in SAP platforms (APO DP/SNP, IBP, DRP/MRP), including involvement in ERP or system rollouts.
  • Solid understanding of statistical forecasting, manufacturing flow, and product lifecycle dynamics.

Leadership & Business Acumen

  • Confident communicator in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
  • Skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights with strong business rationale.
  • Customer-centric leader with a solution-oriented approach and a proven ability to manage conflict constructively.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to connect across functions including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and external logistics partners, fostering alignment and shared success.

If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading complex supply chain operations, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a regional level.

You’ll be part of a forward-looking organization where your leadership, innovation, and ability to drive performance will shape the future of supply chain excellence across Southeast Asia. We invite you to bring your expertise, passion, and vision—and take the next step in your leadership journey with us.
