Regional Market Supply Chain and Logistic Leader - Singapore

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Supply Chain & Logistics professional to take charge of end-to-end supply chain operations across Asia Pacific. This is a high-impact senior leadership role, central to defining and executing the regional supply chain strategy, driving operational excellence, and enabling innovation to support agile, efficient business operations.

As the primary strategic interface with the Commercial teams, you will lead the Market S&OP process, ensuring consensus-driven forecasts and alignment with global supply chain direction. Your mission will be to strengthen operational performance, streamline execution, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

You will also lead and mentor a diverse regional team of Demand Planners and Logistics Coordinators, fostering capability growth, encouraging collaboration, and developing future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning

  • Partner with Global Demand Management to utilize advanced planning tools and build a robust statistical baseline for the demand planning process.
  • Facilitate demand reviews at the market level and ensure accurate and timely inputs feed into the global S&OP cycle.
  • Incorporate commercial intelligence—such as marketing initiatives and promotions—into demand forecasts through close cross-functional collaboration.
  • Uphold high data standards and ensure planning system integrity within APO DP to support quality decision-making.

Logistics Management

  • Oversee the regional logistics strategy, covering transport, warehousing, customs operations, and regulatory adherence.
  • Plan inventory allocation across regional hubs and satellite warehouses to meet market demand.
  • Manage third-party logistics providers, track SLA compliance, and explore opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
  • Work with Commercial teams to define customer and channel priorities, striking a balance between service levels, profitability, and operational feasibility.

Performance Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead initiatives to enhance demand planning maturity, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, safety stock, freight efficiency, and capacity planning.
  • Align with local markets on annual targets, and support proactive plans to meet performance goals.
  • Build credibility for the demand planning function by consistently delivering results and maintaining strong local partnerships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Intercompany Supply, Internal Operations, and Logistics Providers to drive customer-centric improvements across the supply chain.

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning, preferably in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional supply chain operations, with deep knowledge in:

S&OP and demand forecasting

Inventory management and safety stock strategy

Cold chain and GDP-compliant logistics

3PL contract and performance oversight

Proactive supply-demand issue resolution

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with high attention to data integrity.
  • Expertise in SAP (APO DP/SNP, IBP, DRP/MRP); experience with ERP or system implementations is a plus.
  • Good understanding of forecasting principles, product flow, and lifecycle management.

Leadership & Communication

  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders across regions.
  • Adept at translating data into strategic insights with a clear business impact.
  • Solutions-oriented, with a collaborative approach and ability to manage conflict constructively.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, building alignment across Commercial, Regulatory, and external logistics partners.
