Regional IT Business Partner, Commercial Solutions (APAC)

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enabling commercial excellence through technology? We are seeking an Regional IT Business Partner, Commercial Solutions (APAC)  to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative, tech-enabled solutions that strengthen customer engagement, improve colleague effectiveness, and boost go-to-market performance across international markets.

A newly created role based in Thailand to cover South East Asia, North Asia and including China. You will collaborate closely with business leaders across business units, global product teams, and digital strategy partners to ensure that technology initiatives align with both regional priorities and global strategies. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and connector—translating business needs into scalable, resilient, and compliant digital solutions that create real business impact.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with regional commercial leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring technology strategies support long-term growth.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, enabling clear communication, smooth execution, and alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Provide regional perspectives into global product planning, backlog prioritization, and solution design.
  • Support pilots, user acceptance testing, and adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout and sustainable use of new tools.
  • Help establish KPIs and performance measures to evaluate the impact of digital solutions on customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
  • Work with IT service and operations teams to resolve issues, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion compliance, governance, and risk management for all digital platforms and tools.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, with proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and build consensus across different functions and levels.
  • A track record of successfully driving adoption of digital tools and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong awareness of compliance and governance requirements in digital transformation initiatives.
