Regional Sales Manager - South & Central Asia

Our client sis seeking a high-calibre Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial expansion across South & Central Asia. This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic mover who can balance high-level market analysis with hands-on team management.
As the RSM, you will manage a complex ecosystem of distributors, agents, and key accounts to ensure our client remains a market leader.
The Impact You Will Make
- Regional Leadership: Manage and mentor a local team of Technical Sales Managers. You will coordinate resources across technical and marketing divisions to execute a unified regional strategy.
- Commercial Strategy: Design and implement bespoke action plans for every customer and territory. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from accurate monthly forecasting to credit management and payment collection.
- Distributor Orchestration: Manage both exclusive and non-exclusive distributors and agents. You will evaluate their effectiveness, ensure they are aligned with our client's corporate standards, and unlock new ways to grow together.
- Market Intelligence: Master the matrix of players in animal, feed, and premix production across South & Central Asia. You will identify growth perspectives, assess competitor threats, and position our value propositions to win.
- Key Account Management: Act as the primary interface for our most influential partners, building long-term relationships based on trust, technical innovation, and expert negotiation.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven sales success, specifically within the animal feed or agribusiness sector, coupled with at least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Education: A degree in Business or Marketing, or a technical foundation in Veterinary, Agriculture, or Agro-engineering.
- Soft Skills: You are highly autonomous and persuasive. You possess the confidence to make critical decisions and the interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
- Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Readiness: This role requires a "feet-on-the-ground" approach with 70% travel across the South & Central Asia region.
