What you’ll do:

• Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers at corporates and SMEs.
• Identify market gaps and drive the development of innovative solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring seamless order management and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize orders and meet customer needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, backed by internal subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a commercial management role within the intensive livestock industry (poultry, pigs, aquaculture, feedlots).
• A strong understanding of animal health, particularly in relation to infectious diseases and vaccination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in both technical and commercial discussions.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ.
