Fixed Asset Accountant

This an interesting opportunity for Finance & Accounting professionals in Indonesia. Our client, a Europe company with a solid business in Indonesia is currently hiring a Fixed Asset Accountant to be based in Jakarta. You will handle asset management which involves tracking and maintaining accurate records of all assets, including depreciation and asset valuation. Oversee the operations of accounting departments, ensuring accurate and timely processing transactions and financial reports.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage and control fixed assets, including monthly reports and project cost tracking
• Calculate and reconcile asset depreciation and conduct impairment reviews
• Prepare daily transactions (AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations)
• Participate in financial and tax audits
• Supervise general accounting functions and financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyze performance
• Implement internal controls and improve existing processes
• Coordinate financial policies and provide data for auditors

We are looking for candidates possessing the following qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 7+ years of experience in accounting & finance in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably from an Accounting Firm who experience in the F&B industry.
• Having strong interpersonal, analytical skills and being able to meet deadlines.
• Good ability to work with Microsoft & SAP.
• Indonesian nationality. Fluent in English and Indonesian.
