About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of a key division, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth and success of a crucial program focused on improving pet healthcare moments. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of Veterinary Relationship Managers, empowering them to excel with a "run it like you own it" approach.

We're looking for a leader who can not only manage but also inspire. You'll be adept at fostering strong partnerships, both internally and externally, and will possess a deep understanding of the sales landscape, ideally within the veterinary or a related industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Inspiration: Lead and mentor a national team, driving autonomy and accountability to achieve ambitious KPIs.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with various internal teams (People & Culture, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and a superior partner experience.
- Veterinary Provider Management: Drive growth through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and effective relationship management with veterinary providers.
- People & Culture Champion: Act as a role model for company values, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Risk & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of risk management, legal compliance, and ethical conduct.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing a geographically dispersed, high-performing sales team.
- Strong sales experience, preferably within the veterinary field or a closely related industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid financial acumen, including budget management, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated change management experience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A client-focused approach, strong integrity, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
