Regional Marketing Manager (APAC & Australia) - South Korea based

What you’ll do:
- Develop market strategies to drive business growth across the APAC region. You'll lead the planning of country-specific strategies by identifying key growth drivers, tailoring approaches for different health areas, and defining clear action plans in collaboration with local and regional teams.
- Design and execute 3–5-year go-to-market plans.Together with sales leaders and other key stakeholders, you’ll outline long-term strategies that define which channels to prioritize, which products to customize, and how to approach different customer segments effectively.
- Use financial dashboards to track performance and guide strategy. You’ll regularly review customer profitability, sales trends, and product mix to support sustainable and profitable growth across the region.
- Monitor regulatory landscapes to unlock new opportunities. By understanding claim requirements, labeling rules, and market-specific regulations, you’ll guide how products can be positioned to meet both compliance and consumer expectations.
- Generate and share market intelligence. Through collaboration and on-the-ground learning, you’ll identify untapped growth areas and support new business development efforts.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Master’s degree in Business, Nutrition, Health, or a related field
- Having experience in human nutrition products (vitamins, supplements, probiotics, prebiotics) ina B2B or B2C environment
- Strong experience in marketing roles, with strategic and financial acumen
- A team player with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for making a difference in the region
- Fluent in English and Korean
