Our client, a global leader poised to become the world’s foremost provider of animal nutrition biosolutions, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee and drive regulatory strategy across the Middle East, Africa and India.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the regulatory landscape for innovative feed enzyme solutions that contribute to sustainable animal health and nutrition.

About the Role:

As Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be the regulatory lead for the feed enzymes business across the MEA & India region. You will develop and execute regulatory strategies, manage submissions and renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance across a diverse and strategically important territory. Working cross-functionally with global and regional teams, you will contribute to business expansion and market access across emerging and established markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all regulatory activities and deliverables for the region’s feed enzyme portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies for new product registrations and renewals to ensure market access and continuity.
• Serve as the regional regulatory voice in cross-functional project teams and global regulatory networks.
• Represent our client’s interests in regional trade associations and regulatory forums.
• Provide expert advice on market-specific regulatory frameworks and requirements.
• Collaborate on data collection, dossier preparation, and submission planning using the Veeva Regulatory system.
• Review product claims, categories, and marketing material to ensure compliance.
• Own and manage registration renewals across the region to support business continuity.

Your Background:

• 10+ years of hands-on regulatory experience in the approval of feed additives across MEA & India, with specific knowledge of regulations in key markets such as Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, UAE, and others.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience working with government authorities and trade bodies in the animal nutrition sector.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) is a distinct advantage.
