SALES LEAD DAIRY/BEEF - THAILAND 

Are you an experienced leader with a strong network in the dairy or beef industry in Thailand? Our client, a multinational company with an established presence in the dairy and beef  sector, is undergoing an exciting transformation in their market approach. They are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage distributor relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

• Oversee the development and execution of innovative sales strategies tailored to the dairy or beef  sector.

• Manage P&L, ensuring financial performance aligns with company targets.

• Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to expand market share.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to enhance product positioning and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in the dairy or beef industry.

• Proven P&L management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

• Strong network within the dairy or beef industry in Thailand.

• Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluent in Thai and English
