Technical Support Manager – Indonesia

We are delighted to present this exciting opportunity for our client, a global manufacturer of Animal Health and nutrition Products with a solid poultry business in Indonesia. To boost its poultry feed additive product portfolio, the client is looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in feed additive products. The role will allow you to develop the feed additive business through planning and executing technical advice and maximizing brand lifespan to optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and execute poultry technical programs for different key accounts and non-key accounts to support our client’s business in Indonesia.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide direction and product service solutions to ensure a solid competitive advantage and that clients’ expectations are met.
• Account for supporting key product and new product launches.
• Work closely with the team to prepare product trial, marketing materials and technical seminar, exhibition, and technical round table discussions.
• Manage strong relationships with Poultry Industry key stakeholders to ensure our client’s presence in the market and key account insight are accommodated in marketing strategies.



Essential skills and education

• A Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition and a Master's in Animal Nutrition will be preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in the industry, taking care of feed additive products.
• Having a good understanding of the Indonesian Poultry industry and a strong network with stakeholders, key accounts, and non-key accounts.
• Strong business acumen.
• Having a feed formulation and consultative selling skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
