CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER THAILAND (PHARMACEUTICAL/CONSUMER GOODS)

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a global organization? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Customer Service Manager based in the vibrant city of Bangkok. You will be at the forefront of bridging our client’s prominent customers with various functions within its organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee customer orders, logistics, credit controls, pricing, and promotions, ensuring seamless coordination across departments for timely and effective resolution.

  • Work collaboratively with finance, BU Heads, sales, and logistics departments to address all customer matters promptly and efficiently.

  • Take charge of a dedicated team, providing mentorship, motivation, and development opportunities, while instituting a robust KPI system for continual improvement.

  • Utilize CRM data to drive insightful campaigns, promotions, and programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably business) combined with over 5 years of extensive customer service experience in reputable organizations.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing orders across diverse channels including direct sales, e-commerce, and distributors, coupled with a proven track record of maintaining and expanding customer base.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce, with a strong inclination towards leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • ‘Thai nationality with fluency in English, possessing a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
