An interesting opportunity for Finance & Accounting professionals in Indonesia. Our client, a US Pharmaceutical company with a solid business in Indonesia is currently hiring a Finance & Accounting Specialist to be based in South Jakarta. This is for finance talent who are ambitious in upgrading their capacity in tax filling, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.  

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist in preparing for statutory and tax audits by gathering necessary documentation, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform reconciliations of various accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any inquiries.
• Other necessary related tasks.

We are looking for candidates possessing the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Having strong interpersonal, analytical skills and being able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluent communication in English and Indonesian.
• Able to work in a hybrid system.
