BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER – THAILAND

Your responsibilities include:

Design, implement, and oversee daily operational systems and processes to ensure clear visibility into the objectives, progress, and challenges of key initiatives.

Leverage strong relationships with department leaders, external partners, and vendors to guide operational decisions and achieve strategic goals.

Track, assess, and analyze essential metrics for daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Develop strategies to support company-wide program growth, implementing process improvements that maximize productivity while minimizing costs.

Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity, fostering a trustworthy, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Our client is looking for a candidate with:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant science..

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven experience in commercial contract negotiation and strategic planning.

Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a solid understanding of international commercial law.

Extensive experience in shaping and executing commercial models to support business growth and sustainability.

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with experience in business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM).

Preferably having the financial background, and understanding of financial management and controller.
