Regional Poultry Veterinarian

Our client, a global leader in animal nutrition, focuses on providing organic solutions across multiple animal species. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the APAC region, they are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products that enhance animal health and performance.

We are looking for a proactive Regional Poultry Veterinarian to support our client’s sales efforts throughout Asia. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role combines technical expertise with business development to drive growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to share invaluable technical knowledge, creating demand and expanding the client’s market presence.

This position offers flexibility to be based in Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines, with regular travel throughout the region. The role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with both local teams and the Global Marketing team, promoting alignment and driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to customers and stakeholders, highlighting the unique benefits of our client’s products.
• Partner with the sales team to design strategies for expanding market share and enhancing business growth.
• Offer robust technical support to sales initiatives, focusing on stimulating market interest.
• Organize and lead technical seminars, develop and manage product trials, and showcase product effectiveness.
• Liaise with the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment with international strategies and offer insights into regional market trends.
• Oversee all aspects of trial management, from protocol development to implementation and results analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with at least 7 years of experience, ideally in a technical role.
• Proven expertise in providing technical support to feed mills across the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, particularly in poultry, with experience in enzyme products being an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
