Ruminant Sales Manager – Thailand

Are you an accomplished sales leader with strong connections in Thailand’s ruminant industry? Our client, a global leader in livestock solutions, is transforming its market strategy and seeking a dynamic Ruminant Sales Manager to guide growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and lead a motivated sales team.

We’re interested in candidates with a solid background in sales management, P&L responsibility, and in-depth knowledge of the ruminant sector.

Role Overview:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors to align with the company’s vision.

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the ruminant market.

  • Manage P&L responsibilities to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives that expand market share.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to elevate product value and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally within the ruminant animal health or nutrition sector.

  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful P&L management.

  • Well-established network in Thailand’s ruminant industry.

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-focused, problem-solving approach.

  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent interpersonal skills.
