Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Field Services strategy to attain business objectives.
  • Develop and implement territory plans for comprehensive technical field coverage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to propel sales and expand market share.
  • Conduct technical trainings and deliver presentations at forums.
  • Coach sales representatives on technical selling skills.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with customers, stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Offer technical guidance to veterinarians, pet retail staff, and consumers.
  • Develop and align field materials with marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product knowledge and animal health concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Veterinary Degree and Registration with the any Australia Veterinary Board or the Veterinary Council of NZ (registration is essential)
  • At least 3 years of clinical companion animal veterinary practice experience.
  • Proficiency with companion animal vaccines and parasiticides.
  • Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Self-motivation and decision-making autonomy.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Initiative to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
