As their Business Operations and Commercial Excellence Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration to enhance efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. What You’ll Do

Drive Business Excellence

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Champion initiatives like CRM system optimization and sales incentive programs to drive results.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and more to ensure alignment across all functions.

Transform Processes

  • Redesign and streamline business processes to improve productivity and quality.

  • Lead the implementation of cutting-edge systems (SAP, CRM, Power BI) to enhance real-time visibility and operational readiness.

Empower Decision-Making with Data

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decisions.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, guiding sales and marketing strategies.

Negotiate and Manage Key Contracts

  • Lead negotiations for commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and favorable outcomes.

  • Oversee pricing strategies and rebate management to stay competitive in the market.

Lead with Vision

  • Drive compliance and maintain business continuity to safeguard operations.

  • Manage resources, events, and procurement to maximize efficiency and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, ideally in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or consumer healthcare.

  • Proven expertise in sales operations, rebate management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.

  • Proficiency with tools like SAP, CRM systems, and Power BI.

  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
