About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead the marketing strategies and lead a high-performing team for a leading global portfolio spanning ethical, OTC and diagnostics. To be successful, you will be strategic, have a track record of developing & executing product strategy and you will have extensive experience leading teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team of marketers, including product managers, digital marketers, and channel marketers, to achieve high performance and deliver on key objectives.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans designed to achieve sales and revenue goals for the company’s most significant revenue-driving portfolio.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies to ensure market leadership and profitability.
- KOL Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand credibility and influence.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments.
- Marketing Material Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including digital content and advertising campaigns, to effectively promote products.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial control.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Thai business and managing some of the biggest brands in the industry.
- You will have extensive experience working for manufacturing companies, rather than in the distributer environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing team management and proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and market dynamics.
