Technical Support Manager

Our client, a global animal health & nutrition company, is currently seeking to hire a Technical support Manager to provide technical expertise to their internal team and customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background in animal nutrition and a knack for business development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing invaluable technical expertise to drive market demand and facilitate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to customers and clients to communicate our customers’ products’ advantage to the market 

• Work closely with the sales team to craft business development strategies to enhance our customer’s market share.

• Provide comprehensive technical support to sales initiatives, focusing on creating market demand.

• Organize and conduct technical seminars, as well as develop and implement trial protocols to showcase product efficacy.

• Liaise with the Global Technical team at our client’s headquarters to ensure alignment with global strategies and provide insights on regional industry trends.

• Trial management from crafting trial protocols, implementation, and result analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a minimum of 7 years experience, preferably in technical roles.

• Proven track record in providing technical expertise to poultry feedmills and farms in the Indonesia region.

• Strong technical proficiency in animal nutrition, particularly in the poultry segments. Experience with enzyme and pribiotic products is a plus.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
