APAC Regional Technical Manager 

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of animal nutrition products for various species. With global presence, they are dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative products to support animal health and performance.

We are seeking a dynamic APAC Regional Technical Manager to bolster our client’s sales efforts across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background in animal nutrition/veterinary industry.  The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the local sales, product managers and technical  team, providing invaluable technical expertise to drive market demand and facilitate growth.

This position offers flexibility in location within SEA countries (Vietnam/Indonesia/Thailand/Philippines/Malaysia), with frequent travel required throughout the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with both local teams and the regional  team, fostering collaboration and driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical  and scientific based expertise to customers and clients to communicate our clients ’ products’ advantage to the market 

• Provide comprehensive technical support to sales initiatives, focusing on creating market demand.

• Organize and conduct technical seminars, as well as develop and implement trial protocols to showcase product efficacy.

• Trial management from crafting trial protocols, implementation, and result analysis
• Provide product use, market fit, and testing based on local conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Masters degree in animal nutrition or Veterinary Science  with a minimum of 5 years experience, focusing on technical roles.

• Proven track record in providing technical expertise to feed mills in the APAC region.

• Strong technical proficiency in animal nutrition, particularly in the poultry or swine segments. 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
