You will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of complex projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, cost control, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include managing Statements of Work, Change Orders, and contract negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and customers to secure favorable terms and foster strong partnerships. Additionally, you will document best practices on commercial matters, oversee fleet and fuel management, manage hotel accommodations for field teams, and ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing operational excellence, driving process improvements, and promoting a culture of efficiency and innovation in a global pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement Operational Systems: Lead the creation and execution of daily operational frameworks that provide clear visibility into the objectives, progress, and challenges of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with department leaders, external partners, and vendors to make informed operational decisions that align with strategic goals and foster sustainable growth.

  • Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track, analyze, and evaluate key operational metrics to ensure efficient task completion, proactively addressing any gaps and supporting teams to stay on schedule.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and deploy strategies to support company-wide growth initiatives, focusing on process enhancements that increase productivity and reduce costs without compromising quality.

  • Ensure Compliance & Standards: Uphold company policies, champion best practices, and ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Work closely with Human Resources to lead with integrity, creating an inclusive, trustworthy, and productive atmosphere that empowers teams to perform at their best.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in operational management, business process improvement, or project management.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide decision-making.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships both internally and externally.

  • A passion for efficiency, innovation, and a growth-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.

If you’re a leader with a keen analytical mind and a customer-centric approach, ready to champion operational excellence in a dynamic environment, we’d love to connect with you.
