About the Role:

As the Companion Animal Sales Lead, you’ll drive growth and build partnerships with veterinary clinics, especially larger practices, while leading a dynamic team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Motivate: Coach and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Build Relationships: Establish and strengthen connections with key veterinary clinics, becoming a trusted partner in their success.

Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the companion animal segment.

Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales leadership or having experience project management or cross functional coordination, ideally in the veterinary or animal health industry.

Having network in the Veterinary clinics

A passion for building relationships and delivering impactful results.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
