Requirements:

• Harness a rich tapestry of 10+ years’ managerial acumen (preferably across both sales and marketing) in the dynamic realm of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer health, or other related life science sector, with a deep-seated understanding of local market intricacies & business culture. 
• Track record of excellent financial acumen and ability to leverage data / analytics to drive sound decision-making and mitigate risk.
• Exemplify inspirational leadership, adept at cultivating a high-performance culture and nurturing the next generation of industry trailblazers.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with finesse and diplomatic finesse, fostering enduring relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect.
• Fluent in the language of commerce: Vietnamese and English proficiency is essential.
