Global Portfolio Manager – Aquaculture

Role can be based in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore or other country in Asia. 

Are you ready to drive innovation and growth in the aquaculture industry? We’re looking for a Global Portfolio Manager to lead the development and commercialization of cutting-edge biosolutions portfolio for shrimp, salmon, and other aquatic species. If you have a passion for science, strategic leadership, and a drive to make a global impact, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of the global sales and profitability of our client aquaculture business.

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities across diverse aquatic species.

  • Act as a thought leader in aquaculture, influencing R&D, commercial, and technical teams to drive innovation and sales.

  • Provide world-class technical support, working alongside sales teams to achieve growth targets.

  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan, budget cycles, and investment roadmaps.

  • Lead pipeline and product life cycle management, assessing new market opportunities and ensuring a competitive edge.

  • Define and implement product positioning, pricing, segmentation, and branding strategies to maximize market impact.

  • Support global product launches, marketing initiatives, and key industry events.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or commercial field (biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, finance, etc.) with 7-10 years of experience in aquaculture

  • An MBA or PhD with 5+ years of practical aquaculture experience is preferred.

  • A strong ability to analyze complex global market trends, prioritize execution plans, and drive business growth.

  • Experience in microbial and enzyme solutions is a plus.

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to collaborate effectively in a global setting.

  • Willingness to travel internationally to key aquaculture markets across China, Southeast Asia, India, Latin America, and Europe.
