National Sales Manager (Indonesia)

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – INDONESIA

Our client is a well-known brand in the animal health & nutrition industry, continuously providing solutions to meet the needs of poultry feedmill and farmers. The brand already has an existing market, and due to business needs, our client is looking for a National Sales Manager in Indonesia. The role will focus on growing and developing stronger in the territory and also managing 4 salespersons in the team. You will be reporting to the General Manager of Indonesia.

Your responsibilities will cover:

• Develop and strengthen our client’s poultry product portfolio in the Indonesian market
• Set sales, pricing, and marketing strategy to ensure optimised growth is achieved
• Lead our client’s commercial team and developed its distribution and sales channel in the region
• Provided market insight to the management and reports for business performance improvements

The role requires:

• A bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Animal Husbandry or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or any other related science
• 10+ years of experience in the animal health & nutrition industry in Indonesia
• An excellent network in the Indonesian poultry industry
• Sales-oriented person with a great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
