What You'll Do:
As NSW Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind NSW's success. You'll:
- Inspire and Empower: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to exceed targets and achieve individual goals.
- Drive Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to optimise team performance.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute effective territory plans and marketing campaigns to maximise market penetration.
- Cultivate Business Acumen: Enhance the sales team's business acumen to drive insightful customer interactions and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain market intelligence, analyse market trends, and report on competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Experience: A strong background in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Consumer Health/Pharmacy/OTC, Animal Health, or Human Pharma.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated experience in sales management and team leadership, with a passion for developing talent.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation Expertise: Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated financial acumen, with a successful track record of managing a P&L, the ability to manage budgeting & forecasting processes and drive revenue growth.
- Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
