We are seeking an experienced Regional Technical Veterinary Service Manager – Poultry to join our client’s team and support their sales efforts across Asia. This exciting role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in animal nutrition and a talent for business development. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team, offering vital technical expertise to increase market demand and drive business growth.

This position is based within the SEA region (Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines) and requires frequent travel throughout the area. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local teams and the Global Marketing team, building strong partnerships and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to clients, clearly communicating the unique advantages of our client’s products.
• Partner with the sales team to develop business strategies that expand market share and meet customer needs.
• Offer hands-on technical support for sales initiatives, with a focus on creating market demand.
• Plan and lead technical seminars, and develop and oversee trial protocols to demonstrate product effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the Global Marketing team to ensure strategies align with global initiatives and offer insights on regional trends.
• Oversee trials, from protocol development to implementation and result analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with at least 7 years of experience in technical roles.
• Proven expertise providing technical guidance to feed mills across the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, especially in poultry. Experience with enzyme products is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
