This pivotal senior role offers substantial autonomy in steering a team of experience technical professionals. As a technically proficient individual, you will lend your expertise to bolster the market presence of our client’s animal health products across the Indonesian market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Who We’re Seeking:
We are searching for a dynamic Veterinarian with substantial leadership experience, preferably in poultry nutrition or health. Innovation is at the core of your approach, complemented by your adeptness in motivating and managing teams. This role is based in Jakarta and reports directly to the Country Director.
Responsibilities:
- Craft, execute, and refine our client’s technical strategies to enhance brand visibility, ensuring synergy with business objectives.
- Serve as the company’s ambassador by offering technical expertise to customers and distributors through seminars, training sessions, and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team on joint visits to key accounts, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and coach our cient’s technical team, providing support to their career development in the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Veterinary background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. with experience in managing a team.
- Profound understanding of technical aspects within the poultry industry, coupled with a track record of representing businesses in seminars and training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Having the eligibility to work and live in Indonesia,without document support.
