Technical Services Veterinarian – Companion Animal

What You Will Do: As a Technical Services Veterinarian, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch technical support to veterinarians, veterinary clinic staff, pet store teams, and consumers
• Effectively communicating technical information to diverse audiences
• Collaborating with the technical services team to ensure successful alignment with marketing and sales goals
• Offering technical advice on company products and services to address customer inquiries
• Facilitating diagnostics and resolution of medical issues with patients
• Participating in product quality testing procedures
• Executing the Technical Services strategy and action plans for business success
• Ensuring compliance of product literature, packaging, and labelling with technical and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with field representatives to communicate adverse event issues
• Delivering on-the-job technical training for customer service teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality standards

What You Must Have:

• Veterinary Degree and Registration with the NSW board
• Prior experience in clinical companion animal veterinary practice
• Knowledge of companion animal medicine and surgery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with databases
• Compliance-focused mindset and strong organisational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and numerical analysis competency
